We support each candidate throughout their French language learning, the Recognition of Acquired Competencies (RAC), and the required professional healthcare training, in order to ensure a sustainable integration aligned with the requirements of Québec’s healthcare system.

Our Support
Each candidate benefits from personalized support before, during, and after their arrival in Québec, to ensure a sustainable professional, social, and human integration.
1 – Administrative procedures, immigration, and work permits
Coordination of immigration processes, work permits, and regulatory compliance.
2 – Departure and arrival coordination
Airfare arrangements, pre-departure preparation, and airport reception upon arrival in Québec.
3 – Housing and settlement
Support for temporary housing, guidance toward permanent accommodation, and assistance with settlement.
4 – Language and professional healthcare training
French language learning, Recognition of Acquired Competencies (RAC), and required professional healthcare training based on the position held.
5 – Workplace and community integration
Workplace visits, team introductions, confirmation of the first day of work and orientation to nearby essential services (grocery store, pharmacy, transportation, essential shops).

Available Professions
1. Personal Support Worker (PSW)
You provide essential support to seniors and individuals with reduced autonomy. Your responsibilities include personal care and hygiene (bathing, dressing, shaving), assisting with meals, supporting mobility, and contributing to residents’ physical and psychological well-being.
2. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
You provide medical care in accordance with prescriptions, including wound care, injections, and medication administration. You monitor patients’ health status, measure vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse), and accurately document your observations. You support patients in their daily care and work closely with the nursing team.
3. Registered Nurse (RN)
You assess patients’ health status, develop care plans, and provide nursing treatments. You coordinate clinical interventions, respond in critical situations, and guide the healthcare team. You play a key role in prevention, health education, and therapeutic follow-up.
