International recruiting

We identify and select qualified healthcare professionals as well as candidates with strong potential, primarily from Indonesia, in collaboration with Indigenous, Québec and Canadian healthcare institutions.

Training and Integration

We support each candidate throughout their French language learning, the Recognition of Acquired Competencies (RAC), and the required professional healthcare training, in order to ensure a sustainable integration aligned with the requirements of Québec’s healthcare system.

Institutional Partnerships

SRIKANDI works in collaboration with Indigenous communities, Québec and Canadian’s healthcare institutions, and government bodies to ensure compliance and the highest standards of placement quality.

Our team ensures that every recruitment process complies with the requirements of CNESST, MIFI, and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

Solidarity
A strong sense of mutual support lies at the heart of Indonesian society. This natural solidarity creates a healthy, collaborative, and supportive environment—essential within care teams.

Humility
Respect, modesty, and attentive listening characterize their interactions. These qualities contribute to excellent teamwork and to building close, meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
